OUR RELEASE POLICY

Because our Doves are precious, we take every precaution to protect them and assure their safety. It is our policy to release our doves only within a 40 mile radius of their home.

 We will not release our Doves in any conditions we consider unsafe. Therefore we do not release indoors, at night or in any severe weather conditions. This includes high winds, fog, thunderstorms and heavy rain or snow. We will not release if there are loose animals or overhead wires that may be a hazard to the Doves.

 We will release our Doves only if there is sufficient time for them to reach home before dusk.

 We do not provide Doves for self release without an experienced coordinator present. Every event will be attended by a release coordinator wearing appropriate attire and will be 100% reliable and on time.

 We release only well trained and cared for White Doves from white racing pigeon stock.

 We promise to do the best we can to assure the best quality White Dove Release possible.

A deposit of 50% is due at the time of reservation. The remainder is due 30 days prior to the event. In case of cancellation 31 days prior to the event by client the deposit will be refunded less 30% of the full service price. Cancellations 30 days or less from event the full deposit will be forfeited. All monies are refunded if the Doves cannot be released due to bad weather or an alternative date may be set.

 Please call/email as soon as possible to check for availability. Twenty-four hours notice is helpful. Ideal times for Releases are as early in the day as possible. The last possible time of release is 4:00 PM in the winter and 7:00 PM in the summer. The distance of the event from the Dove's Loft may have a bearing on time and cost of Release.
